      The current scenario:

      Success in business today demands more from the team than ever in the history of Corporate Management. Which in turn puts huge pressure on each individual member to perform at the highest level of Executive Excellence. We are committed to catalyzing this strategic shift in the minds and hearts of Corporate Executives.

      WE BELIEVE:

      • Training provides intellectual knowledge.
      • Experiential- interventions take the learning beyond mere intellectual knowledge to experiential “Knowing”…bringing it closer to the heart towards changing both head and heart.
      • The excitement of any program begins to wane after 3 months. Hence one on one Executive Coaching is needed to make the new learning a part of the regular behavior of the company team.

    2. Approach

      DIAGNOSTIC :

      • We conduct a deep study of the organization, covering it Vision, Values, Mission, Goals, bjectives and Strategic approach. Once we feel we have a company culture, we commence with the next step.
      • Diagnostic. We meet select members of the organization and give our diagnoses of the challenges nd what must be done to address them.
      • First off findings are discussed with the CEO, COO, HR Team. Followed by a detailed presentation of a Blue Print and a Road Map of the way forward.
      • With the blessings of the management, the Training and Coaching program designing begins.
      • Review sessions are held every 3 months.
      • The plans are realigned if need be.

      METHODOLOGY :

      • EXPERIENTIAL WORKSHOP.We avoid the standard PowerPoint presentations and classroom type lectures.
      • Most of us go through life on auto pilot. To break this pattern, we follow the method of: Learning through doing. And self -observation.
      • We believe that full self- Awareness is the key to positive change.
      • We use a Workshop format as opposed to a theory-heavy classroom format.
      • Sessions are captured on Digital Video Camera. Followed by a de-brief. The participants view the video and observe what they did well and what they could have done better. Theory is formulated during these discussions.
      • Each participant is given a copy of the Video shoot a fortnight after the conclusion of the program for continued self- study.
      • Subsequent one-on-one coaching to make the learning’s a part of their regular behavior.
      • Regular 3 monthly reviews and realignments when needed

      Sajidarjuna spent 37 years as an entrepreneur. His time heading both business and creative functions of a highly successful ad agency threw him in to situations in which he had to work to bring out the best in his people, as well as challenge his own skills as salesman and people-person in order to offer his clients an exceptional experience, build their brands and grow their business. His professional experience spans India, the U.K, U.S.A and Europe, as creative head, a trainer of senior executives, top management and creative people, a film maker, a photographer, writer and musician as well as Executive Producer and Asst. Director of a very successful Hindi Feature Film “Rajnigandha”. He has spent 22 years studying ancient wisdom, following variousdisciplines for his own growth, as well as devise innovative and proven ethodology to enable people to connect with themselves, recognize their own talent and function at 100% of their potential. He has worked as a Behavioural People Enhancement Specialist and Executive Coach for over 14 years and has trained more than 5,000 people in this time.       Niloufer Patel

      After leaving the world of aviation, Niloufer started out as a soft skills process facilitator. She has since been spending most of her time working on Relationship Management Programs, delivering several successful programs with proven results all over India, Bangladesh, Middle East and South Africa. Niloufer works across industries. Her high audience connect helps the participants to feel understood and this adds to the efficacy of the program. This experienced and unique people development expert, has a strong belief that, with guidance and interactive learning, a person can see a path to success. In her time as a trainer, helping people develop themselves, she has seen many people experience a sense of empowerment and choose to take a different path, changing their lives and welcoming success, in fact, experiencing a real transformation through the program she delivers. In her spare time, she interacts with friends and family, counsels people one on one and works on herself to achieve her own personal goals.
